It was now several months since I had a “Save the Date” photo shoot, I must say I always have fun when I do it.

Giulia and Lorenzo have decided to have their photo shoot by the sea in Marina di Bibbona. A beautiful beach within the Natural Biogenetic Tomboli Reserve, one of the most beautiful settings I have worked for. It was a fantastic day without too much sun and with a surreal atmosphere. The beach is pristine, logs brought from the sea remain on the sand throughout the year and often people make with them little huts. It is a fascinating place that seems just made for our photo shooting.

Another Engagement  in Montecatini. To have a pre-wedding photo shoot it’s an idea that the copules love very much. This concept called “Save the Date” came up some time ago. Here I invite you to read what is about Engagement save the Date.

Angela and Claudio fascinated me with their sympathy and the many tattoos they have on their body. A very funny couple with whom I have enjoied spending the afternoon together. We had fun in the narrow streets of the old town of Montecatini Alto, very significant place as Angela and Claudio met. (The location of Save the Date always has a very personal meaning for the couple). From the terrace on top of the village you can admire a magnificent panorama of Tuscany.

A wonderful day with a perfect weather has allowed us to take pictures of a beautiful sky and perfect light!

Thanks to the availability of the funicular Montecatini staff, we had the opportunity to take some shots on the historic Gigia Rossa ( Red Gigia), a means of transportation that connect Montecatini Terme to Montecatini Alto since 1898.

What is it the Save the Date? As the name indicates, “save the date” is intended to communicate to friends and family the date chosen for the wedding. But is not only that, because during this time, we can take nice and original photos before the wedding day.

Thanks to these shots the photographer gets to know better the couple, trying to understand a bit of their strenghts and weaknesses. On the other hand, the couple being in front of the camera will be less tense and agitated during their wedding day. The pictures taken before will not just be as a “test- shots”, but will have a special value for the wedding photo album because it will reminds for years the most important day of their lives.

With Francesca and Luca we decided to take these pictures few steps away from their home, the Rocca of Carmignano or Fortress of Carmignano ( a place where you can also have your wedding cerimony).

Unfortunately this place is often closed but for us it was enough to make a phone call and we found someone that immediately rushed to open the gates! It is a very special place, the fortress is surrounded by a beautiful park with olive trees and a small forest of oaks. We had the whole park for ourselves for an hour and we could take wonderful pictures.
